Revelion LLC is a Delaware company led by Michael Stanchev and Lazar Botusharov. It operates two brands: RevelionAI, the operating system for AI-native ventures, and Revelion Studio, which builds and strengthens AI-native companies for founders and investors.

Revenue and GTM leader across B2B SaaS and FinTech, with experience scaling ventures beyond $20M ARR and supporting founding teams in raising more than $50M in venture capital. Michael has held CEO and CRO roles and works closely with founders and investors on revenue systems, Series-A readiness and portfolio acceleration.
Co-Founder & CTO
Product and AI engineering leader across B2B and B2C SaaS, with 100+ web platforms, mobile apps and AI products shipped from idea to market. Lazar has led cross-functional teams of 30–50 as a founder, fractional CTO and hands-on advisor, taking companies from discovery through MVP and production with practical AI embedded into the core. Leads RevelionAI product and engineering.
